Joyce A. (Eastham) McConn

Joyce Ann (Eastham) McConn, age 65, of West Alexander died on April 13, 2018, at the Donnell House. She was born November 9, 1952 the daughter of the late John & Shirley Eastham. She was a 1970 graduate of Claysville High School.

Joyce was a dedicated wife of 45 years and loving mother and grandmother. Her true joy and passion was for her grandchildren. She spent many years working with her husband at Joyce’s Bait and Tackle and spending time on the family farm.  Joyce loved to watch sports, especially the Steelers, Pirates, and Penn State Wrestling. She enjoyed traveling to the NCAA Nationals with her husband, her favorite thing to watch most was when her grandchildren were playing.

She is survived by her husband Tom McConn, children Tracey (Mark) Miller, Stephanie (Mark) Summers and Patrick (Julia) McConn. Grandchildren Allison and Chely Miller, Tyler, Dylan and Caleb Summers and, and Nicoli McConn.

In addition to her parents she preceded in death by her siblings Kathy Pettit, John and Harry Eastham.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, 11am April 18, 2018, at the funeral home, with Rev. Meade Lacock officiating. Burial will be private.
