Richard Kozloff

Richard F. “Koz” Kozloff, 81 of Claysville, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2017, surrounded by his family.

He was born July 12, 1936, son of the late Metro Kozloff (Lena). He was a graduate of West – Beth High School and attended California University of Pennsylvania.

Upon his retirement he was a Supervisor for the Department of Public Welfare. Rich was an avid golfer he enjoyed playing cards and being a Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates fan.

On September 12, 2012 he married Lydia L. Terrill, who survives. Also surviving are a son Richard Krasnay, a sister Chris Sabol, uncle Sandy Kozloff (Janet), three step children, seven grandchildren, sisters and brothers- in-law, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife Sara, a sister Rose Marie (Dell) Skiles and brother-in-law Alex Sabol

At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation and services will be private.

In lieu of flowers per Richards request contributions can be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
