Nancy L. (Clark) Thompson

Nancy L. Thompson, 76 years old has been called to heaven on June 19, 2018. Born May 31, 1942, the daughter of the late Charles O. and Mildred M. Clark.

Nancy was born and raised in Claysville where she also attended school. She met and married Ronald E. Thompson on January 18, 1960 who passed away on February 15, 2003. She was blessed and well loved by her three children Charles (Kim) Thompson, of Bentleyville, Millie Thompson of Dunlevy, PA and Daniel (Arlene) Thompson of Pittston, PA. She was also well loved by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She has one surviving sister Linda M. Main of South Carolina and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by four sisters Jean Neely, Dorothy Williams, Pat Jones and Christine Clark. Nancy worked various jobs throughout her life and volunteered in her community and was a member of the Claysville the American Legion Lady’s Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to veterans of the Claysville American Legion Post 639. Interment to follow at Claysville Cemetery.
