Carl R Pettit

Carl R. Pettit, 87 of Washington, passed away July 26, 2018. He was born Aug. 29, 1930 in Cameron, WV., son of the late Roy & Dorothy Pettit..He worked on the family farm and his father's oil rig building and drilling business. He was then called to serve his country in the Army, serving in Germany. On returning he started working for Columbia Gas, working there for 30+ years until retirement. He was a licensed electrician & skilled woodworker.Surviving is his daughter Linda Pettit, brother, Tom (Lila), sister Mary Jane Morgan, many nieces and nephews and very special friends Mike, Gloria, and Olive Pattison. Deceased is his wife, Ramona Shriver. Pettit, brother, Robert Pettit, sister, Margie Pettit.
