Diana L. Finch

Diana L. Finch, 64, of Washington, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at home after a brief battle with cancer.

She was born on April 16, 1960, in Washington, PA, the daughter of the late Wilmer and Nancy Brooks.

Diana graduated from Chartiers Houston High School in 1978. After graduating Diana worked as a job coach at TEC in Washington until her retirement. 

She enjoyed crafting, painting, sewing, watching The Andy Griffith Show, and spending time with her two dogs, Jazzy and Miracle, and her hamster, Oreo.

She was a loving, caring, and compassionate wife, mother, sister, and friend. 

Diana leaves behind her husband of 10 years Robert “Bob” Finch, sons Matthew Mounts (Katelyn), and Brandon Mounts (Taylor), grandchildren Michael Mounts and Ellie Mounts, siblings Linda Flynn (Brian), Eleanor Mlecsko (Joseph), and Bill Brooks (Brenda), and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 219 Main Street, Claysville, PA 15323. 724-663-7373. www.youngfhinc.com. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at West Alexander Cemetery.
