Donald Dean Williams

Donald Dean Williams, 60, of Claysville, passed away at home on June 14, 2025, following complications from an illness.

He was born on March 28, 1965, in Washington, Pennsylvania, a son of the late David L. Williams Sr. and Mary Jane Williams. Don was a graduate of McGuffey High School.

He worked as a pipeline inspector for MarkWest, specifically with Pipeline 798.

Don was known for his kind heart, joyful spirit, and unwavering love for his family. He found great joy in collecting baseball cards, singing, writing music, and playing games with his nieces and nephews. He especially loved playing baseball and always saw the good in everyone he met. Don was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

 In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Shawn.

He is survived by his siblings, Ruth Anne, Davie, Dickie, Barb, and Dan; as well as 10 nieces and nephews; 8 great-nieces and nephews, and one godson.

Family and friends will be received from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 219 Main Street, Claysville, PA 15323. 724-833-2408 www.youngfhinc.com. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the funeral home. The officiant will be announced at a later time.

Interment to follow at Claysville Cemetery.
