James Robert Carr Jr., 59, of West Alexander, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on September 11, 1965, in Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Helen Ohler and James Robert Carr Sr., whom he was raised by. Shortly after his passing, his family had found his long-lost father Barney Cooper Jr.
