James Vincent Miller

James V. Miller, 68, of Washington, PA, passed away on May 12, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born on August 15, 1956, in Warren, Ohio, a son of the late Raymond and Margaret Miller.

A proud graduate of McGuffey High School, Jim spent his working years at Rubber Rolls. He was known for his love of the outdoors, especially time spent at his grandpap’s camp, and for the joy he found in caring for his English Setters. Above all, he cherished his role as “Pap”.

Jim will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandpap, and loyal friend.

He is survived by his wife, Shelly Miller; children Emily Miller (Grayson Stewart), Brandi White (Justin), Paul Jackson (Sarah), Mike Miller (Alicia), and Matt Miller (Jamie); grandchildren Waylon, Wyatt, Emberlynn, Hayden, Teagan, Liliana, Finnegan, and Ethan; and his best friends, Jeff Angott and Melvin VanKirk

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Denny Miller, his mother-in-law Patty Gray, and his cherished dogs, Gunny and Gator.
