Kenneth A. Wetzel “Ken”, 66, of West Finley, PA, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Monday, March 16, 2026.
He was born on January 6, 1960, in Pittsburgh, PA, a son of the late Robert J. Wetzel and Susan Bowman Wetzel of Washington, PA, who survives.
Ken attended Trinity High School and later dedicated much of his life to working at the family business, Overbrook Supply. He began working there in his teenage years and remained until his retirement in 2001.
On August 11, 1990, he married the love of his life, Jamie L. Clemens, with whom he shared many wonderful years.
Ken enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially alongside his son, Chris. He also took great pride in caring for his lawn and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Wetzel.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jamie; mother, Susan; daughters, April Crouse and Jaelyn (Glenn) McMasters; grandchildren, Calab and Taylor Crouse, Angel Morris, Glenn Jr., and Christopher McMasters; siblings, Jim Wetzel, Donnie (Courtney) Wetzel, and Lori (Ed) Goga; brothers-in-laws, Jon (Angie) Clemens and Jay Clemens; as well as several nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, all services will be private, with Pastor Joe Rearick officiating. Interment will be held at West Alexander Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Windy Gap Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 132 Burnsville Ridge Road, West Finley, PA 15377.
