Kristi Lynn Laudermilt

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Kristi Lynn Hunt Laudermilt, 47, formerly of West Alexander, Pa, passed away unexpectedly. She was born on April 30, 1971, the daughter of Glenn and Joan Hunt. Kristi had a huge heart and a passion for loving, and saving animals. She loved all of God’s creatures, from the soft and furry, to the creepy and crawly. She loved the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.  To know her was to love her.

Kristi attended McGuffey HS, and was a graduate of Penn Commercial. 

She was a member of the Dutch Fork Christian Church in Claysville, where she was baptized in to Christ on March 16, 2006.

Kristi loved her family, and friends, and enjoyed cooking for them. She greeted everyone she met with a tilt of her head, and a smile that could light up a room and make your heart smile. 

Paternal grandparents are the late John and Eleanor Hunt. And maternal grandparents are the late Jesse and Lilian White. 

In addition to her mother, Kristi is survived by a brother Eric Hunt, and a sister Julie Baker, and daughters Jenna Laudermilt, and Rachel Smith. 

She was the proud aunt of Brian Steadman, Nancy (Ray) Lowden, and Shawn McMillen.  She was the great aunt of Sofia, Alexandria and Maverick Lowden. She was the loved daughter in law of Gary and Mary Ann Laudermilt.

Kristi is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces and nephews that she was close with and loved very much. 

Condolences will be received by the family on Saturday November 10, 2018 at the West Alexander Christian Church, from 11:00am - 12:00pm, at the time of the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to a local humane society, or animal rescue; or to the Dutch Fork Christian Church, 48 Dutch Fork Church Road, Claysville, pa 15323. Donations can also be made to assist her brother. Burial will be private.
