Leona B. Richmond

Leona B. Richmond, 88, formerly of Claysville but resided in South Carolina passed away on June 13, 2022. She was born on April 15, 1934, in West Union WV, daughter of the late W.D. and Clarice Burdette. 

Leona was a 1952 graduate of Claysville High School. On December 27, 1951, she married Dale E. Richmond. They spent 40 loving years together before he passed away in 1991.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her sister Patricia Palmer.

She is survived by her son Joel C. Richmond, and several nieces and nephews.

At the request of the deceased, all services will be private.
