Mary Louise (Braddock) Beatty

Mary Louise Beatty, 77, of Claysville, PA, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024. 

She was born on August 22,1946 in Canonsburg, PA, the daughter of the late James Tony and Mary Alice Braddock. Mary Lou graduated from Canon-McMillan High School. 

On September 14, 1968, she married her true love and best friend Donald L. Beatty. 

Mary was a lifelong homemaker but she also taught Sunday School, Bible School, and Bible Release for over 40 years. 

She loved the Lord and enjoyed going to church, spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and word searches. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother James Braddock, and sons Brian and John Beatty. 

She is survived by her loving husband Donald Beatty, daughters Amy Moore (Stanley), and Bethany Loar (Duane), grandchildren Ashley Tomlinson (Ricky), Gavin Beatty, Hope Moore (Harley), James Moore, Nicole Loar, Sabrina Beatty, and Wyatt Beatty, great-grandchildren Paisley Grace Tomlinson, and Briella Grace Wheeler, a sister Pat Braddock-Steiner, and a brother Eddie Braddock. 

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6PM to 8PM at Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. 219 Main Street, Claysville, PA 15323.
