Patricia A. Burnette

Patricia Ann Burnette (Grandma Patty), 93, of Langeloth, PA, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on May 22, 1931, in Florence, PA, the daughter of the late Clair and Beulah Cook.

On August 18, 1953, she married David T. Burnette.

Patricia worked at Burgettstown School District Cafeteria for many years before retirement.

Patricia enjoyed baking, cooking, picking berries, and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia is preceded in death by brothers Jack, Bill, Harry, and Rodey, sisters Ada, Wanda, Hetty Jane, and Peg, a daughter Nicky, a son Ricky, grandsons Shawn and Brady, and great-granddaughter Leigh. 

She is survived by her children Mary Beth, Glenn, and Janet, grandchildren David (Nicole), Jeramie, Chris, Andrew, Sara, Adam, John, and Josh, great-grandchildren Alley, Trent, Ivory, Cody, Jacob, Mya, Shawn, Akeria, Mckenzie, Tyler, Wyatt, Ella, Weston, Cooper, Addison, and Aaron, and a step-granddaughter Nicole Marie Kyle. 

Friends and family will be received from 6 PM to 8 PM on Monday, March 24, 2025, at Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. A funeral service will be held 11 AM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, officiated by Reverend Ted Chapman at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.
