Patricia Lynn David, 77, of Washington, PA, passed away on February 14, 2026, at Premier Washington Health Center.

She was born on September 2, 1948, in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Hazel Yoders.

Patricia dedicated her life to caring for others. She worked at Washington County Health Center and later served as a home health nurse. She found joy in nature, especially birds and flowers, with cardinals being her favorite.

She is survived by her son, Brian (Megan) Shrontz; her daughter, Tammy Beresh; nine grandchildren, Taylor (Jeramy) Kopacko, Brandin Shrontz, Karlie (Jake) Lamon, Madison Shrontz, Bobby (Lauren) Beresh, Lauren (Drew) Carpenter, Lindsay Beresh, Cassandra Beresh, and Connor (Laura) Beresh; six great-grandchildren, Ryan, Sydney, Myles, Atlas, Bennett, Remi, Lydia, Stella, Aubrey, and Jackson, a brother, Charles Yoders; and her sister, Diane Rose (Danny).

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Yoders.
