Thomas (Tom) Joseph Hammond, 33 of Bulger passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on December 15, 2020. Tom was born on July 7, 1987, raised in Cross Creek, PA. He graduated from Avella High School in 2005 and later became a laborer for the Local 1058 Union, most recently working for Trumbull Corporation. Tom enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle, spending time with his children, working, shooting guns, hunting, and occasionally drinking an ice-cold beer. He is survived by his wife Megan (Sparks) Hammond, two daughters Ava Grace and Eleanor Rose, parents Oliver and Debbie Hammond of Cross Creek PA, sister Dana Hammond of Washington PA, brother Oliver Hammond (Michelle) and nieces Riley and Harper Hammond of Avella PA, sister-in-law Hollie Sparks and niece Elena McCord of Washington PA, grandmothers Mary Virginia Hammond of Pittsburgh PA, Mary K Qualls of Spring Texas, several aunts, uncles and cousins, and his pet beagle Lucy. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Oliver Hammond, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law Robert and Lori Sparks of Claysville PA.
