William C. Willard

William C. Willard, 73, of Claysville, PA passed away after his battle with cancer on Friday, June 14, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born on October 10, 1950, in Waynesburg, PA, the son of the late Donald Wayne Willard and Eloise Hope Rush Willard. 

On September 23, 1972, he married his true love and best friend Ada Jean Willard.

William was a truck driver for Ellis Asphalt Paving, Inc. for many years until his retirement in 2023.

He enjoyed hunting, being a CB enthusiast, and gardening. He was also a jack of all trades, he could fix anything. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Ed Willard formerly of Claysville, PA.

He is survived by his wife Ada Jean, three sons William S. Willard, David C. Willard, and Brian S. Willard, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a sister Kathy Myers of Lonepine, PA, four brothers Wayne Willard of Plumsock, PA, James Willard of Washington, PA, Jess Willard of Claysville, PA, and Ted Willard of Washington, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
